Trust in the Lord!
* In this life we put our trust in a lot of things. We put it in our abilities, material things, other people, or in how long we will live. Truth is life is full of ifs. There is only one person you can put your trust in, that is the Lord. Trust in Hebrew means to flee for protection, to confide in:--have hope, make refuge, (put) trust. Let’s look in the book of Psalms and see how we can trust in the Lord.

R=Rest; Psalms 37:7 Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass.
